AKC Canine Good Citizen Exam
Service Description
The CGC Exam is designed to ensure that our dogs can be "well behaved in the home, in public places, and in the presence of other dogs." The exam includes 10 items to evaluate our dog's ability to be calm and responsive in a wide variety of circumstances. You will receive either a "Pass" or "Needs more training" evaluation. Handlers whose dogs pass may add the suffix "CGC" to their dogs title. Some therapy groups may recommend this exam as a first step or as a screening tool for potential therapy dogs. If you are considering therapy please reach out to a therapy group first as some of my test items may need to be adjusted to match their requirements.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are offered on private dog training 4 or 8 packs or group classes once sessions have begun. 24 hour notice is required for all private training packs, group classes, or individual service cancellations . Cancellations within 24 hours of service will incur a $25 late fee.
